Terms and Conditions for Sea Lion Snorkeling Tour<\/h3>

1. Reservation and Payment:<\/strong><\/p>

  • To secure your spot on the Sea Lion Snorkeling Tour, a deposit is required at the time of booking.<\/li><\/ul>

    2. Cancellation Policy:<\/strong><\/p>

    • Cancellations made 48 hours or more<\/strong> before the tour will receive a full refund of the deposit.<\/li>
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours<\/strong> of the tour will not be eligible for a refund.<\/li>
    • If we need to cancel the tour due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.<\/li><\/ul>

      3. Health and Safety:<\/strong><\/p>

      • Participants should be in good health. If you have any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in the tour, please consult a physician before booking.<\/li>
      • A weight limit of 250 lbs<\/strong> per participant is enforced for safety and boat stability.<\/li><\/ul>

        4. Alcohol Policy:<\/strong><\/p>

        • Alcohol consumption is not permitted before snorkeling activities.<\/li><\/ul>

          5. Liability Waiver:<\/strong><\/p>

          • All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in the tour. This waiver releases our company from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during the tour.<\/li><\/ul>

            6. Participant Conduct:<\/strong><\/p>

            • Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the marine environment and other guests. Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.<\/li><\/ul>

              7. Equipment:<\/strong><\/p>

              • All snorkeling equipment is provided at no additional cost. Participants are responsible for the care of the equipment during the tour.<\/li><\/ul>

                8. Motion Sickness:<\/strong><\/p>

                • If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend bringing appropriate medication with you on the tour.<\/li><\/ul>

                  9. Transportation:<\/strong><\/p>

                  • Complimentary hotel pick-up and drop-off from designated locations in Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo are included in the tour package.<\/li><\/ul>

                    10. Amendments:<\/strong><\/p>

                    • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to guests prior to their tour date.<\/li><\/ul>
